My fall trip to southern Utah included a stop in Zion National Park where I hiked up Angels Landing with my hometown buddies. Sometimes called the “scariest trail in the world” — my friends were anxious to do it even though one of them is scared of heights. It was the first time I’d hiked it with the new permit system and despite the windy day — all went well.
