I’m finally getting around to posting the extended series for my Big Boulder Loop Hike from May 2025. It was a great 15-day hike “around” the town of Boulder, Utah. Part 1 is now online with five more episodes to follow in the coming weeks. This first installment begins on a cold day on the slopes of Boulder Mountain and then continues around Lower Bowns Reservoir and into Capitol Reef National Park. Highlights include Pleasant Creek Falls, Tantalus Creek, and long day hiking through the narrow canyons of Sheets Gulch. Since this is the extended series, there is more minutiae for those that enjoy such things! ✌️
